Fusing Parkour and poetry in an original preject focussed on pure Parkour movements across a number of cities in the UK.

Having been featured on the homepage of Youtube, Poetry in Motion has met some truly fantastic feedback and is a testiment to the hard work and passion that poured into the project.

The Patos X Fest was a huge live Extreme Sports Festival that took place in the Ukraine.

Sam has now performed on a few live events out in Ukraine, but the Patos X Fest was certainly a truly special performance in terms of the scale and experience.

This Free running media production was edited entirely by Sam and is a testament to the experience as a whole.

 

The latest 3RUN showreel has really set a new standard for Parkour and Free Running stuntreels across the world.

With groundbreaking Freerunning and Parkour movements from countless commercials, events, and films across the world.

The whole 3RUN team came together for this outstanding production shich also heavily features Sam throughout.

Sam's latest television commercial role was for the new Nestle Lion Bar Commercial, where he performed as the lead actor, stunt man and choreographer working along side Stunt Co-ordinator Julian Spencer, credited from many of the James Bond films.

The Commercial was filmed in Mallorca and features Sam eating a lion bar followed by some amazing Parkour and Free Running Acrobatics across buildings to meet his friends.
