KARATE KID PREMIERE
Sam was in London's Leicester square today, selected to perform for none other than Jackie Chan, Will Smith and Jaydan Smith. It has been a true dream to meet Jackie Chan and not only did Sam get that opportunity, but to perform an 8 minute battle set along side a number of close performance friends for everyone to see! Sam is performing across the UK all month long with Chase and Cole for the new launch of the Nissan Juke, with explosive live performances every morning to open each day.

NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM
Sam was performing alongside Mat Kaye and Chloe Bruce at the recent opening of a new section to the Natural History Museum in London. The performance was a combination of Freerunning, Breakdance, Martial Arts and Drumming.

Sam has also flown out to China to work with Chase on his Guiness World Record Attempt for the furthest wallflip distance covered over a car. Sam is set the task to drive the car straight at Chase as he flips over the top!

Sam was in London today shooting for a new short film focussed on the upcoming Paralympics! A very interesting shoot indeed, and something that is sure to be something truly unique.

PRINCE OF PERSIA
Sam headed the 3RUN performance at the World Premiere for the Prince of Persia Sands of Time at Westfield Mall in London. Invited by Disney to provide the explosive performance, the show went incredibly and the response has been fantastic.

Sam has been selected for the face and action photo section for an exciting new product coming to market soon! The photo shoot is looking insane and the shots look amazing! Sam is back on Monday for filming for an iPhone application as the follow up part to the campaign.

Sam has been selected specifically for his tumbling and trampet skills to star in the new Bank of Dubai commercial to be shot later next week. Rehearsals start immediately and should shape up to be an action packed shoot!

NEW ADIDAS COMMERCIAL
Sam was selected to be in the new Adidas Originals Commercial that has just been released, featuring a host of celebs from David Beckham to Snoop Dogg. Click here to check it out!

DISNEY - JOHN CARTER OF MARS
Sam will be on set working on the new Disney movie - John Carter of Mars over the next week or two. We can't give away anything about the movie and what is being shot, but its sure to be a film to keep an eye out for in the cinemas once it's released!!!

MORE WORKSHOPS
Sam was in Merton and Essex these past couple of days, providing action Parkour and freerunning workshop days for schools and youth groups. The kids were all very eager to learn and did a great job of developing the techniques. Sam will no doubt be seeing them again soon for more of the same.

BBC DOCTORS
Sam was on set in Birmingham again today filming a new scene for the BBC television show Doctors. Many of you may have recognised Sam a few weeks ago in the show, and he makes a return this time hurdling some fences and escaping the police.

Sam is kick starting the new year in style, heading out to India for 10 days to perform live shows at the General Motors exhibition in New Delhi unveiling and displaying some of the latest vehicles available in India with 3RUN.

ROSS KEMP - RUNNING OF THE DEER
Sam featured alongside Ross Kemp in the final 10-minute short film for Sky 1 on the 31st December titled 'Running of the Deer'. With a fantastic production team, it is a very unique and original piece on that run up to welcome in 2010!

Sam was performing alongside Chloe, Grace and Cole, providing 2 explosive performances at the Virgin Active corporate awards ceremony. Combining the Freerunning acrobatics with the girl's Extreme Martial Arts skills. The event was insane! With full 'fairy tale' theme, circus acts and bizzare costumes for an action packed night!

SWINTON ANNUAL CORPORATE CONFERENCE
Sam was in Birmingham NEC, performing along side 3RUN athletes; Chase, Cole and Nathan at the annual Swinton Insurance Corporate Conference event with an 800 strong audience. Providing a choreographed introduction routine and a final freestyle performance to open and close the event, the performances went fantastically well with an awesome audience and nice set.

AMBASSADOR AWARD
Sam provided an explosive performance at the Basingstoke Business Awards last night, where 3RUN were also presented the 'Basingstoke Ambassador' award for the company success and values, representing the UK and Basingstoke globally.

RUNNING OF THE DEER
Sam, Cole, Curtis and Chloe have been in London this week filming a short film for SKY, with Ross Kemp. Sam provided the lead Freerunner role with Ross giving chase throughout the film and Cole, Curtis and Chloe play the rest of the 'Freerunning crew'. Keep a look out on the SKY channels during the run up to Xmas.

Sam joins 3RUN's Cole, Mat, Shaun, Mike, Adam and Chase on set filming for the new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie playing the Snatchers in the fight for the evil Voldemort. Filming spans the next couple of months with some really exciting scenes set to be shot!

METRO SKI & SNOWBOARD SHOW
Sam is currently performing at the Metro Ski & Snowboard show in London as part of the infamous fashion show all week. With 5 costume changes and a lot of exciting choreography, Sam joins the Urban Heroes and dance performance group to add an extra exciting twist that only Freerunning can provide!

Sam was in Boscombe providing live Freerunning performances at the 02 Academy last night in line with the special evening event. The sets went down really well, with the crowd buzzing throughout!

DOCTORS
Sam was in Birmingham today working on the BBC daytime drama - Doctors. Sam's character was teetering on the edge of a bridge, but we won't give away to plot line just yet. Filming will continue next week to wrap the scene.

CITY GENT
Sam was in central London again today in his 'city gent' suit and has now completed the filming of the follow up corporate ident. Everything went great, this time with Sam performing inside the office block and on the edge of the roof tops!

CORPORATE SHOOT
On his day off from shooting the London Commercial. In true 3RUN style, Sam was busy again shooting a new online based office block promo. The shoot went great, with Sam dressed in a full suit, freerunning his way through London to the new offices.

Sam, Shaun and Chloe are in London all week shooting a big commercial. As mentioned previously, we under confidential wrap, but news so far is really positive and everything going great. After Chase and Adam's involvement in Harry Potter, 3RUN's Sam, Cole, Shaun, Mat and Mike step up to join the 'Snatcher' crew for the new Harry Potter and the Dealthy Harrows movie. Shooting over the next couple of months. We can't give much away, but the guys are looking forward to giving everything for what are set to be some explosive scenes!

Sam was on a recce today as Freerunning Consultant and performer for a big sports commercial to be shot over the next couple of weeks. We cant disclose the client or the story board, but its set to be a fantastic shoot.

SAMSUNG IDENT
Sam was in London today, performing for a new Samsung corporate media video to be presented globally within the Samsung organisation. We are unable to release footage yet, but expect to see some of the clips appearing in his showreel later this year!

HSBC AD CAMPAIGN
Sam, has been in London shooting the latest HSBC ad campaign. Sam worked closely with 3RUN man, Nathan for the Ident shoot. Sam provided support in choreography as well as performance. Expect to see the shots as soon as we get our hands on them!

FREE RUNNING CLASSES
The Parkour and Freerunning coaches have been extremely busy over the past few months, providing various Parkour and Freerunning workshops across the UK. Today saw Sam, Chase and Shaun in Woking providing a fun Freerunning workshop as part of a Youth development programme.

T4 / HOLLYOAK PRESENTERS
Freerunning and Parkour coaches Sam, Nathan and Cole have been coaching T4 presenters and ex Hollyoaks stars Darren and Matt for their up and coming challenge to take on a Freerunning course as part of their latest television series. The guys have been doing great in such a short space of time, so we wish them the best!

BODY IN MOTION - PHOTO SHOOT
Sam, was joined by Chase, Mat and Shaun in London this weekend for a unique photoshoot, which saught to capture the body in motion, illustrating all of the muscles groups and mechanics involved in each of the Freerunning movements performed. The images so far are looking fantastic! A selection will be up on the site in the near future!

PRODIGY - TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL
Sam was in London last week working with the wonderfully talented Aicha on the new Prodigy Music video - Take Me To The Hospital. Sam was recruited specifically to stunt double Prodigy lead singer Keith Flint, with wire work and high falls.

INTO THE ABYSS
Sam, Safe-T and Cole were in London, providing acrobatic stunt fall services for promotions of the new Edgar Mullar floor painting. Mullar's paintings have attracted thousands across the globe, and with Sama and the guys flying over the top. The results were stunning!

PORTSMOUTH CATHEDRAL
Sam was once again, for the 3rd year running, invited to lead the evening session for the Portsmouth festivities with a unique performance held within the beautiful Portsmouth Cathedral. Accompanied by choir singing and organ music, Sam and the other 3RUN athletes performed 3 fantastic sets using the interior of the cathedral as part of a very personal and moving fusion of arts.

FIAT LAUNCH - INDIA
Sam flew to Delhi, India to head the Freerunning performance team responsible for choreographing and performing an explosive opening Parkour and Freerunning performance. Sam looked after the co-ordination from the Freerunning side and the performance went without hitch, to raptuous applause.

SAMSUNG JET LAUNCH - DUBAI
Sam joined fellow 3RUN performance member Cole Armitage in Dubai with 5 leading UK dancers to provide an explosive choreographed performance at the Samsung Unleashed 2009 event that unveiled the brand new Samsung Jet mobile phone to the media. Again the performance went extremely well, with some exciting acrobatics from Sam and Cole including bar holds, tumbling across the stage and somersaults off the stage!

Sam has been on set for the BBC Sitcom - 'The Scum Also Rises', choreographing a number of freerunning related scenes for the new series set to hit TV screnes later in the year.

SAMSUNG GLOBAL LAUNCH
Sam has been confirmed as part of the launch team for the new Samsung mobile phone launch across the globe. Rehearsals begin in a week and Sam will be part of the explosive launch show that will be presented in London, Singapore and Dubai! More news to follow.

Sam returns from India - Mumbai, after performing 3 high impact Free Running and Street Stunt performances at the Rock and Shock Stunt Show featuring music from Bollywood Musical legends Pritam! Sam kick started a series of Easter Workshops today in Wales! With 3RUN's Free Running and Parkour coaches Shaun and Cole heading to Wales for a very successful day workshop in Llanelli. A huge thanks to all the participants for their boundless enthusiasm and efforts! Bring on the next round!

TURKEY vs SPAIN - FIFA
Sam was in Istanbul with members of 3RUN and Pro Jumper friends John and David, commissioned to choreograph and perform an action packed opening sequence and half time entertainment shows for the highly anticipated World Cup qualifier between Spain and Turkey. Performing to an electric audience of over 25,000 fans, the performance team leapt, vaulted and flipped over and across platforms in the centre of the pitch to eruptuous applause.

SKY1 - GUINESS WORLD RECORDS SMASHED!
Sam was at the infamous Pinewood Studios this week providing an exciting opening Free Running and Acrobatic sequence to open the very first in the series of Guiness World Records Smashed! to be aired on Sky 1, Sky 2 and Sky 3 as of mid April. The performance went without hitch, and the audience received it fantastically with explosions of praise. Looking forward to seeing the results!

VODAFONE LAUNCH QATAR
Sam has just returned from performing a number of live shows in Qatar as further promotions for the Vodafone launch. Sam teamed up with Ryan Doyle and some of the world's top Football Freestylers to 'wow' the crowds. A hugely successful series of performances and opening sequences to entertain audiences.

ADIDAS AND JJB
Sam headed to Leeds to provide choreography and coordination services for the latest JJB and Adidas modelling campaign. Working with a truly fantastic team from the filming at a condemned swimming pool through to the Studio and Green Screen Photoshoot, Sam worked closely once again with leading photographer Guy Farrow. Images and details will be published when the all clear is received.

CARTOON NETWORK - BEN 10
Sam headed to London on the evening of Sunday the 15th for a one off special performance for the premiere of the new Ben 10 Cartoon Network Series infront of a packed audience including David Cameron and Tony Blair!
Providing choreography and performance services for an exciting opening Parkour and FreeRunning sequence to open the evening with a real buzz of excitement.

POETRY IN MOTION FEATURED ON YOUTUBE

Sam's latest Artistic Parkour / Poetry media project entitled Poetry in Motion has been selected to feature on the home page of youtube and is already in the hundreds of thousands of views within the first couple of weeks of it's release. With some incredible feedback, the project is truly original in its concept with pure action packed fluid parkour movement accompanied by a tailored poem also written and narrated by Sam. SAM LA MUSCLE TV

Sam met up with LA Muscle TV presenter and World Musclemania champion Rob Riches to film a short piece about 3RUN and what we do, in terms of our stunt training, professional experience, how we started out and an insight into the sort of things we get upto when training. It was a freezing cold December day, but filming was good fun and should make for an interesting final piece.

YOUTH ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

It's always nice when an opportunity arises to give something back to the community. This evening, Sam was in Basingstoke to present at the Youth Achievement Award Ceremony. Providing a 30 minute presentation on 3RUN, Free Running and Parkour before handing out the awards to each of the worthy winners for their efforts in supporting the local community.

MAN ON WIRE - PANEL OF EXPERTS

Sam headed to the 'Times Tower' to conduct an interview as part of the 'panel of experts' for an article ahead of the official DVD release of the 'Man On Wire' Documentary. A truly inspiring production focussed on the man who walked across a tight rope linked between the Twin Towers with absolutaly no safety equipment.

PHOTOSHOOT

Sam met up with professional photographer Gareth Gatrell for an underground photoshoot. With lighting rigs and reflectors in place, a series of exciting action shots were taken for a dynamic collage image as well as a very urban and very rugged profile shot. ASIAN WOMEN'S MAGAZINE AWARDS 2008

On the evening of the 22nd, Sam travelled to Westminster, London with 3RUN performers Cane, Safe-T and Mat to perform for the 2008 Asian Women's Magazine Awards. This prestigious event was held in the banqueting house, opposite Downing Street. Sam and the guys, performed 3 high energy Parkour and Free Running displays wowing the audience throughout the night.

ELECTRALYTES MUSIC VIDEO

Sam headed to London to work with Director and friend Kemal Akhtar on the new Electralytes music video, set to be shown on Music Video channels across the world.

Working in a green screen studio, Sam, with fellow 3RUN member Cane Armitage performed a number of high impact acrobatic tricks for the camera shot with the new slow motion Red One cam.

10th November
FREYA UNDER WEAR PHOTO SHOOT CAMPAIGN

Sam was in London for the latest Freya Underwear shoot providing consultancy and Stunt co-ordination for the Parkour and FreeRun related movements within the Shoot.

The model did fantastically well and took all of Sam's tips and encouragement on board for a fantastic shoot, and with leading photographer Guy Farrow taking the shots, the final results look fantastic.

23rd September - 3rd October
VOLKSWAGEN PICK-UP LAUNCH IN GERMANY

Sam headed over to Hannover, Germany to join a 6 man Parkour and Freerunning performance team to complete a total of 53 live shows for the launch of the Brand New Volkswagen Pickup truck.

The 2 week event was nothing short of absolutely massive, with crowds of customers, distributors and of course the press from all over the world. Each performance was packed out with an exciting buzz, on one of the largest and most ambitious set designs used in any Freerunning performance to date. After a hugely successful 2 weeks a huge thanks goes out to 3RUN and Move Artistics!

DURACELL LASTING IN GLASGOW

Sam flew out to Glasgow, Scotland to head a further promo event with Duracell in association with Urban Heroes. Performing on the custom designed Freerunning and Parkour obstacle set, the crowds enjoyed 4 exhilerating sets.

10 YEARS NEW CHANNEL

Sam teamed up with fellow 3RUN members in Kiev - Ukraine, for a huge performance to celebrate the 10th Anniversary for 'New Channel', one of the Ukraine's largest running television stations. The 3RUN guys were responsible for the full choreography of main show, aswell as performances with 'Parkour Kiev' and our friends Hi-Tech breakdancers.

The show was a huge success with some explosive performances, and the 3RUN members returned safely home. Click for images and full video of the event.

SAM LASTING LONGER A THIRD TIME!

Sam teamed up with fellow 3RUN member Chase and 3RUN Family member Bobby for a third successful promotion for Duracell with Urban Heroes. The performances this time were held in the busy Leicester square - London. Crowds gathered as the guys performed 3 half hour sets on the custom designed Duracell Freerun set.!

3RUN PROMOTE YOUTH

Sam teamed up with fellow 3RUN members James and Scott at Herne Bay to perform two live demos promoting a 'youth week' with Urban Heroes. The guys performed two demonstrations each for 1 hour, to crowds at Herne Bay. Displaying movements of Parkour, FreeRunning and Urban Acrobatics.

 

28th August
SAM NATIONWIDE

Sam, returned from a successful studio shoot for a corporate online video with NationWide Building Society. The concept was to gain entrance to the designated area, an individual must display particular skill, and dedication. Sam's display included a dive into shot, roll, straight into a corkscrew and dive roll over the red rope gaining entrance to the designated area.

CORPORATE WORKSHOP

Today saw 3RUN coaches Sam and Shaun hold a successful workshop for the Investor Relations Team over at the Home Retail Group.

Team building and presenting some tough Freerunning challenges created a very positive vibe with these guys and they took everything Sam and Shaun had to throw at them.

F1 SWITZERLAND

Sam returns from Switzerland after a successful performance with Ryan Doyle and Bobby, as part of the main show for the Birthday celebration of Formula 1 driver Nick Heidfeld!

Nick was a fantastic down to earth guy, and even allowed the performance team to support him on a back flip for his explosive crowd introduction.

Afterwhich, the Freerunners leapt into action, vaulting a huge balcony, and cat walking rails to lead the crowd into the main venue, where the main show began.

Flipping across stage, and on podium boxes within the main room, Sam and the guys put on an amazing show, and the feedback since has been fantastic!

 

31st July
SAM LASTS LONGER - AGAIN

3RUN action members Sam, Chase and Ryan head to Surrey today to follow up with a second performance in line with the new Duracell promotions organized by Urban Heroes.

With a nice custome designed scaffold set, and variation level boxes to leap and swing from, the guys put out for another explosive performance.

SAM LASTS LONGER, MUCH LONGER

Duracell promotion a huge success. 3RUN members Sam, Ryan, Bobby & Chase brought the energy of free-running to the clients over at ASDA'S HQ in Leeds organized by Urban Heroes.

Wowing crowds with flowing movements through the obastacle set throwing in some explosive urban acrobatics for added impact!

 

24th July
3RUN & VOLKSWAGEN

3RUN members Sam & Curtis flew out to Germany to shoot video content for a huge Volkswagen show to begin late September.

Shooting with the new RED camera in a white studio the guys rocked out to create a spectacular video that will play on huge screens during the performance.

The following day they were joined by more of the 3RUN family crew to present & prepare for the show to follow. A huge thanks to close friends Alex and Daniel at Move Productions for their hard work organising this. More news on the shows in September to follow.

 

20th June
CATHEDRAL COACH & PERFORMANCE

For a second year running, Sam was invited back to head a performance with 3RUN members Cole and Scott. With a unique fusion of improvised organ playing from David Price and freerunning sequences from the 3RUN action team.

3RUN also hosted a Parkour Workshop, coaching new comers within the Portsmouth Cathedral grounds. The kids were all extremely enthusiastic and took everthing perfectly on board.

 

31st May
3RUN - FORD KUGA LAUNCH

3RUN team members Sam, Chase, Adz and James head off to Loughborough for the launch of the new Ford Kuga Launch. With a week of choreographed performances the action team performed sets on a custom designed performance structure ending with an explosive finale diving front flip over the top of the new Kuga.

Having done such a great job, the guys were even invited to test out the new cars on the dirt track and on road themselves.

NISSAN QASHQAI CHALLENGE

3RUN members Sam, Nathan, Cole, James, Shaun, Mat, Scot and Curtis met up with 3RUN family members Danny and Ryan for a 2 day guerrilla PR campaign with Urban Heroes, performing in the streets of London with groups of 'flyer teams' promoting the Nissan Qashqai challenge.

Pulling together crowds as the teams ripped up the streets of London battling the bad weather, the pro freerunning performance team certainly left a strong 3RUN taste with all the spectators with some fresh new Freerunning moves and routines.

3RUN MONKEY SHOW

The 3RUN Monkeys are on the way back to the UK after the huge success performing on stage for the 'Terracania' Fanta Salsa festival.

Taking to the stage acting and performing as '3RUN monkeys', the professional Parkour guys did what they do best. Monkey around and put on a great show!

The guys have since been approached to put on the same show again in Romania and Dubai. Watch this space.

CANON SHOOT

3RUN members Sam & Nathan put the new Canon 450D SLR camera through its paces in association with Urban Heroes.

Part of the shoot was for a big Freerunning ad campaign to be shown on the new digital screens in the London Underground.

3RUN WORKSHOP - BASINGSTOKE

3RUN professional Freerunning and Parkour team held a hugely successful open Parkour and Freerunning workshop for all ages! Training times were from 12pm till 3pm, with participants coming from all over the UK.

 

19th March
COACHING ISRAEL

The Art of Movement Freerunning, Tricking and Parkour workshop in Israel required some professional coaches. Sam was flown out with Nathan and Chase from 3RUN to lead the coaching over the 3 days.

The workshop was a great success, and a huge thankyou must go out to everyone involved, especially Ido for his fantastic hospitality and friendship.

A truly amazing experience, blessed in meeting so many wonderful, kind and enthusiastic individuals. The students to to Parkour and Freerunning so quickly, and learnt so much in such a short space of time. We hope to see you all again soon!

GODS KITCHEN

Sam, Nathan, Shaun and Matt from the 3RUN professional Parkour and Freerunning unit were sent out to Athens to perform on stage live with Paul Oakenfold.

Producing Parkour and Freerunning sequences as part of Paul's set for the God’s Kitchen New Year celebration event.

PUMA ARGENTINA

Sam and Nathan flew to Buenos Aires to work with Puma for the Art of Motion Free Running Race. The Guys were Invited over to help promote, offer their experience and advise to ensure a successful and positive event.

The boys represented the 3RUN world leading Free-running team all the way, throughout the event and have since been asked to return to perform with Puma in Argentina later in the year.
